THREE SISTERS RECREATION AREA
From here we recommend either of 2 walks. One, of around an
hour. The second, will take approximately 21/2 hours. Both begin
on the same route, and allow you to make your choice around
the half-way point. Why not feed the ducks and swans on the
attractive fishing lake, then saunter through woodland paths into
Viridor Wood (a nursery wood). If you choose the longer route,
you will pass wooden sculptures on the hillside and across the fields
to Dover Lock pub (a time for refreshment?), then back along the
canal tow path to Three Sisters Recreation Area.
