An exciting new route through HAIGH HALL
A beautiful walk of around 31/2 hours through the wooded glades of
Haigh Hall and onto the canal side path along the Leeds to Liverpool
canal towards Red Rock. Into the countryside by Arley Hall and back
into Haigh Hall via open fields and meadows.

Wigan and Leigh Hospice ‘Walk for a Life’ is in it’s fifth successful year.
This year we have replaced the previous 20k walk with a new route
which gives you the opportunity to see some more of the beautiful
scenery around the borough, and including Haigh Hall. There are
also guided walks in conjunction with the Wigan Borough Active
Living Team, starting from Pennington Flash Visitors Centre, Three
Sisters Recreation Area and he Hospice.
